Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments involving psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to understand clients' needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), across individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, encompassing progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to both clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with the knowledge and strategies needed to manage mental health conditions effectively.

• Regularly assess treatment outcomes, making necessary adjustments to therapy approaches based on client progress and feedback.

• Remain engaged with current research and best practices in mental health therapy, integrating new techniques into your therapeutic practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
