Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing assessments of patients in a home setting, creating tailored treatment plans that outline goals and methods of care.
• Utilize an array of therapeutic techniques, including exercise regimens, hands-on therapies, and innovative equipment, to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and provide modifications as necessary, ensuring therapeutic goals are met effectively and efficiently.
• Document patient progress meticulously, tracking responses to treatments and adapting care plans based upon ongoing evaluations.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on appropriate therapies and assistive devices, enhancing understanding and compliance with prescribed care.
• Stay current with industry standards by attending workshops and engaging with professional organizations, thereby improving personal skills and organizational outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists work with a diverse patient population, ranging from pediatric patients recovering from sports injuries to elderly clients facing mobility challenges due to surgery or chronic illness. This role requires adaptability and a compassionate approach to care, ensuring that therapy sessions are harmonious with each patient's unique lifestyle and recovery objectives.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist, in accordance with the Physical Therapy Examining Committee requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in basic computer and word processing software.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients and their families.
• Highly flexible and adaptable to meet the varying needs of different patient populations.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Preferred Experience

• Two or more years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
• Possessing a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) qualification is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, complemented by a robust benefits package designed to support our employees' personal and professional well-being.
