Nurture Care and Revitalize is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team in beautiful Charlottesville, Virginia. This role focuses on improving the physical health and well-being of our patients by delivering personalized outpatient therapy services. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, designing treatment plans, implementing therapies, and monitoring patient progress in a professional setting.

Work Environment

This is an onsite position based in our outpatient clinic located in the heart of Charlottesville. The clinic is designed with state-of-the-art equipment and offers a welcoming atmosphere that empowers both therapists and patients. Working hours are Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to choose your own hours. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs and establish appropriate treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of treatment techniques including exercise therapy, manual therapy, and the use of specialized equipment to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with specific therapeutic goals that align with each patient's unique circumstances and capabilities.
• Document patient treatments, responses, and progress meticulously to ensure continuity of care.
• Regularly reevaluate treatment efficacy and adapt plans as necessary to better meet patient needs.
• Provide guidance on assistive devices and educate patients, their families, and caregivers on their usage and the physical therapy process.
• Stay abreast of advancements in the field of physical therapy by participating in professional training, workshops, and committees.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.

Compensation and Benefits
