Work Environment

The position is based onsite at our North Las Vegas facility, where you'll work in a supportive and collegial atmosphere. We emphasize work-life balance with regular hours, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, and flexible scheduling options to accommodate our staff's needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities, utilizing advanced assessment tools and techniques.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results that target specific goals and rehabilitation needs.
• Administer diverse therapeutic modalities including hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation.
• Educate patients and their families about injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and strategies to enhance recovery post-treatment.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary based on feedback and clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other specialists, to ensure seamless patient care.
• Document all treatment interventions and patient responses accurately within electronic medical records to maintain compliance and enhance care continuity.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our service focuses on a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, those experiencing chronic pain, or navigating orthopedic conditions such as arthritis, tendonitis, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation or related setting, effectively managing diverse patient conditions.
