Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed assessments to identify the unique histories and therapeutic needs of patients.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client's recovery goals, incorporating trauma-focused interventions and rebuilding resilience.

• Deliver evidence-based therapies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) through both individual and group sessions.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care, ensuring each client's holistic needs are met.

• Actively participate in crisis intervention when necessary and offer support during trauma-related emergencies.

• Provide educational resources to clients and their families about coping strategies and trauma responses, enhancing their understanding of available support.
\n
• Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of patient records.

• Engage in case consultations and team meetings to share insights, discuss complex cases, and promote continuous improvement in trauma-informed practices.

• Stay updated on current research and best practices in trauma therapy to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Therapist will primarily work with clients who have experienced various forms of trauma, ranging from personal loss to significant life-changing events. Our team addresses specific conditions such as PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders, offering tailored support and therapies to help clients navigate their recovery journeys effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Educational Background: A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Licensure: A current and valid license in Washington State as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, preferably with a focus on trauma-related therapies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
