Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations of clients to craft individualized treatment plans that align with their specific needs.

• Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, carefully tailored to ensure each client's therapeutic goals are met.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to create a holistic care plan that addresses both mental and physical health needs.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, webinars, and conferences to stay current with the latest research and trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, addressing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Colorado.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting.
