We are seeking a full-time therapist holding an active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide impactful therapy services to our diverse client population.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments using the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM V) to accurately diagnose client conditions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on standard practice guidelines, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Facilitate therapy sessions—including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)—for individuals, families, and groups, applying interventions in a clear and structured manner.
\n
• Handle crisis situations proficiently by evaluating patients' urgent needs and offering immediate therapeutic interventions or referrals to necessary services.
\n
• Implement various therapeutic models, such as behavior modification techniques and brief therapy approaches, maintaining flexibility to adapt to client requirements.
\n
• Provide clinical supervision to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, ensuring high standards of care and professional development within the team.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive cross-system plans for individuals requiring multi-disciplinary interventions.

• Deliver training sessions and educational workshops on clinical topics for team members and the wider community, sharing best practices and enhancing service delivery.

• Perform comprehensive intake sessions, including Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessments, to evaluate and address initial treatment needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with mothers and families from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds who are navigating various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited program.

• An active independent license in the state of Oregon, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

• A demonstrated passion for behavioral care, with an understanding of social determinants affecting mental health.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and effectively managing electronic communications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
