Key Responsibilities

As a Nurse Practitioner, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive health assessments and screenings for individuals and families, pinpointing areas of need and potential interventions.
• Diagnosing and managing both acute and chronic medical conditions while promoting preventive care measures and health education initiatives.
• Collaborating with community organizations to develop targeted health education programs that empower residents to take charge of their health.
