Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide expert consultation to institutional staff, including screening committees and psychiatric professionals, helping them assess and manage the mental health status of those we serve.

• Deliver high-quality clinical services, such as individual therapy, group psychotherapy, crisis interventions, and comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, all aligned with established policies and professional standards.

• Maintain timely and professional clinical documentation, ensuring that clinical service reports and mental health treatment records are accurate and up-to-date.
\n
• Engage in collaborative staff meetings, contribute to in-service training initiatives, and participate in the development and implementation of unique clinical programs that enhance the quality of care.

• Account for the effectiveness of provided services by participating actively in the Quality Improvement program, while diligently recording and analyzing service delivery activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with vulnerable populations, including individuals experiencing severe mental health disorders, trauma, and socioeconomic challenges. You will employ trauma-informed care methods to connect with clients, fostering an environment of trust and respect. Your expertise will help guide them towards recovery, enhancing their overall mental well-being and life satisfaction.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.
\n
• Active licensure as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC , with current knowledge of supervision guidelines and requirements.

• A minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in crisis management and delivery of mental health services in a clinical setting.

• Strong educational background and practical training indicating proficiency in mental health counseling, individual and group psychotherapy, diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders, and crisis intervention techniques.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, enhancing the efficiency of documentation and communication.

• Familiarity with community resources and social services that can complement client care and recovery.
\n
• Training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
