Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand patients' unique circumstances and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the individual patient’s cultural and personal backgrounds, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of New York is essential for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n
