Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to address a range of mental health issues.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and improve client outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision and consult with peers to enhance therapeutic strategies and approaches.
• Manage a caseload of clients while prioritizing their therapeutic goals and progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve range from diverse backgrounds and may present various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Our focus is on catering to the needs of children and adolescents, often in collaboration with their families or schools, ensuring a holistic approach to their therapy. By working closely with our community partners, you will be instrumental in bridging gaps in access to mental health services.

Qualifications

• Master’s level degree from a regionally accredited university in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology.
• Active license to practice in the state of Massachusetts (e.g., LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD).
• At least two years of experience in providing clinical psychotherapy to adults, children, and families.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting intake assessments, diagnosis, and ongoing treatment planning.
• Excellent written communication skills for effective documentation and treatment notes.
• Clean disciplinary record with no sanctions by licensing boards.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in school-based mental health services is highly desirable.
• Training in additional evidence-based practices beyond CBT is a plus.
• Proficient in managing and using telehealth technologies for therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide:
