Work Environment

In this remote position, you will work within a supportive virtual environment surrounded by a collaborative team of like-minded professionals. You will have access to our user-friendly electronic medical record (EMR) system which is designed to streamline documentation and enhance the therapeutic process. All operational and billing support is provided by our knowledgeable staff, allowing you to focus fully on delivering effective care. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, giving you the flexibility to manage your schedule while maintaining work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly video therapy sessions with adult clients, utilizing evidence-based approaches including CBT, to assist them in achieving their mental health goals.
• Utilize symptom self-assessments, functional measures, and progress tracking tools to tailor treatment plans according to each client's individual needs.
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and peers in a multidisciplinary team setting to ensure comprehensive and effective treatment strategies for clients.
• Participate in weekly live consultation sessions with clinic leadership for continuous clinical support and guidance.
• Document sessions and client progress efficiently within the EMR, ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will focus on a diverse range of adult clients, providing mental health care that is responsive to their unique cultural backgrounds and life experiences. You will be expected to demonstrate a commitment to delivering inclusive and culturally competent care that addresses the varied challenges faced by individuals in our community.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required.
• A valid independent therapist license (e.g., LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) is essential, with at least one year of supervised clinical experience.

Preferred Experience

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant mental health discipline is preferred.
• At least two years of recent experience in providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions to adults.
• Experience working with higher-risk populations is highly valued.
• A strong willingness to treat a broad spectrum of mental health disorders and diverse population groups.
• Demonstrated technology proficiency and a passion for integrating digital tools into clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 115,000 and 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a strong compensation package, you will benefit from:
