Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions in individual, family, and group settings to effectively address diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing tailored initial discharge plans for each patient.
\n
• Facilitating therapeutic sessions that align with each patient’s treatment goals, ensuring adherence to the established treatment plan.

• Implementing initial treatment plans based on assessments and coordinating additional necessary services, while continually revising plans as required.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of therapy services provided, in accordance with facility and professional standards.

• Managing and maintaining an assigned caseload, participating in treatment team meetings to collaborate with interdisciplinary staff for optimal patient care.

• Demonstrating a consistently positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards clients and stakeholders, addressing any unmet patient needs effectively.

• Ensuring patient safety is always prioritized in all aspects of care delivery.

• Completing additional tasks and functions as assigned by clinic leadership.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of your work will encompass a diverse range of populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related Human Services field.

• Active state or national licensure as a professional therapist, specifically as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated ability and commitment to providing mental health services to adults, children, and adolescents.

Preferred Experience\n

Applicants with at least two years of direct mental health counseling experience in either outpatient or community settings will be given preference, particularly those who have worked with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
