Work Environment

This role is based onsite in a home care setting, providing you with a unique opportunity to work directly in the patients' environments. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist with Bench Mark Physiotherapy Services, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating and treating patients recovering from various injuries, diseases, or surgeries in a compassionate, home-based environment.
• Developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as exercise prescription, manual therapy, and technological modalities tailored to each patient's needs.
• Utilizing assessment tools to track patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies to meet evolving therapeutic goals.
• Fitting patients with appropriate assistive devices and teaching them how to use these tools effectively for enhanced mobility and independence.
• Collaborating with caregivers and family members to educate them on the patient's care and the therapeutic techniques being employed, ensuring a supportive network for recovery at home.
• Staying current with the latest developments in your field through continued education and professional engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse population, treating both children and adults across a spectrum of diagnoses. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• A current state license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.
