Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to engage with students and their families through virtual platforms while collaborating actively with a multidisciplinary team. Our working hours are set from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts and weekend rotations required to provide comprehensive care. Some on-call availability may also be necessary depending on students' urgent needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify the needs of students with a wide range of special needs effectively.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that address mental health concerns and promote emotional well-being.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions tailored for disorders such as ASD, ADHD, and emotional disturbances to facilitate personal growth and successful school integration.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping students develop coping strategies and enhance emotional regulation.

• Collaborate with educators, speech therapists, and occupational therapists to ensure seamless delivery of care and comprehensive treatment.

• Deliver crisis intervention and support when mental health emergencies arise, ensuring the safety and well-being of students.

• Educate students and families about mental health issues, available resources, and coping techniques.

• Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring the highest standards of care.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on addressing the needs of students with diverse special needs, such as those experiencing autism spectrum disorder, emotional and behavioral challenges, ADHD, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Colorado.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of professionals.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, we welcome candidates with a comprehensive understanding of current treatment modalities, demonstrated crisis intervention skills, and experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems. Familiarity with group therapy practices is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
