Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and determining rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans employing a variety of therapeutic techniques including exercise therapy, manual therapy, and modern rehabilitation modalities.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients, their families, and caregivers on rehabilitation protocols and the effective use of assistive devices to promote independent living.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our team to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist will provide services primarily to adults and children recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and other physical impairments. Our patient population may range from post-operative patients requiring rehabilitation to elderly individuals seeking pain management and mobility enhancement. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Valid state license to practice physical therapy in Florida.

• Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
