Work Environment\n

In this dynamic role, you will have the flexibility of a remote work setting combined with occasional scheduling adjustments based on patient needs. The work hours are primarily from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories thoroughly and develop tailored therapeutic approaches.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery, resilience-building, and coping strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate patient healing.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process their trauma effectively while fostering a supportive peer environment.

• Engage in close collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating professionalism in high-stress situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
