Work Environment\n

This full-time position offers a remote work setting, allowing you the flexibility to connect with clients from the safety and comfort of your home office. However, as part of our commitment to high-quality care, you may occasionally work in-person at our outpatient office. The core working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although some adjustments may be necessary to accommodate our patients’ needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' histories and develop effective treatment strategies.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans focused on fostering resilience and supporting recovery from trauma.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to deliver impactful interventions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients in processing their trauma and developing essential coping skills.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and integrated care that addresses all aspects of a patient’s mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this pivotal role, you will primarily work with individuals affected by various forms of trauma, including survivors of domestic violence, childhood abuse, and complex trauma scenarios. Clients may present with conditions such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), dissociative disorders, and anxiety disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience working in a clinical setting, particularly with trauma-focused therapies.

• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and effective trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Exceptional communication skills, with a nurturing and non-judgmental approach to client engagement.

• A calm demeanor, with the ability to maintain composure in high-stress scenarios.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with relevant software applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $90,000 and $110,000 annually.
