Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients' histories and craft individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique recovery journeys.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Host individual and group therapy sessions aimed at processing trauma, where you will guide clients through exercises that foster understanding and strength.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive and integrated care for each client, coordinating on medication management and therapeutic approaches.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, offering immediate support to clients facing trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about the effects of trauma, effective coping strategies, and resources available for ongoing support.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation, adhering to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings, contributing to a culture of peer support and continual learning focused on trauma-informed care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is required, especially in trauma therapy.

• In-depth knowledge of trauma-related disorders and effective treatment modalities, demonstrating a robust understanding of resilience-building approaches.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to form genuine connections with clients and colleagues.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with telehealth technologies, as they will be vital in delivering care remotely.

Compensation and Benefits\n
