Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories, ensuring the development of tailored treatment approaches.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at fostering trauma recovery, resilience, and overall mental well-being.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to deliver effective psychotherapy.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients as they process trauma, develop coping mechanisms, and promote emotional healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic and integrated care, addressing all aspects of the patients' well-being.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating calmness and authoritative expertise.

• Educate patients and families on trauma responses, coping strategies, and pertinent resources available to aid their recovery.

• Keep accurate, confidential documentation in adherence with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring accountability and excellent patient care.

This role primarily focuses on trauma survivors, including individuals dealing with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in the mental health field is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
