Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, enhancing accessibility for clients across various demographics.

• Organize and prioritize daily tasks by proactively assessing the needs of new, current, and discharging patients, ensuring a seamless continuum of care.
\n
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ medical and mental health histories to establish a solid basis for treatment planning.
\n
• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, customizing interventions based on the severity and needs of the patient.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate clients’ goals and preferences, regularly reviewing and adjusting them as necessary for optimal outcomes.

• Perform psychosocial assessments to identify social, emotional, and behavioral factors affecting the patients’ well-being.

• Deliver supportive interventions, including crisis counseling and bereavement support, and proactively address challenges faced by clients.

• Adhere to all regulatory standards and ethical guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients and staff alike.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in counseling or therapeutic settings.

• Proficient in the use of digital communication tools and software applications, including email and document processing.

• Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interaction with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in community mental health settings and familiarity with telehealth practices is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience, along with a robust benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
