Work Environment

The physical therapist will work onsite at our outpatient office situated in the vibrant community of Clearwater, Florida. This is a full-time position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week, with some variable weekend hours as necessary. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients to develop personalized and effective treatment plans.

• Provide hands-on treatment, ensuring adherence to established protocols while maintaining empathy and customer service standards.
• Document evaluations, treatment results, and discharge plans in compliance with applicable laws and professional standards.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and significant others in the treatment process, including education and discharge planning.

As a physical therapist with Flex Staff, you will primarily work with patients suffering from musculoskeletal disorders, post-operative recovery needs, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
