Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment and care plans that address the specific needs of each patient, utilizing assessments and evaluations to determine the most effective therapeutic interventions.
• Apply independent judgment to provide hands-on therapy that includes manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities to promote healing and mobility.
• Communicate regularly with patients and their families about progress, challenges, and home care strategies, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment summaries to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss case management and provide insights on care plans, contributing to a holistic approach to rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current physical therapist license in the state of Florida, ensuring compliance with state regulations and practice standards.
• A minimum of two years of experience in physical therapy, particularly in an outpatient setting, is required to understand patient management effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care are essential.

The compensation package for this role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 , complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
