Work Environment

This position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely from Bridgeport, Connecticut, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. As part of our collaborative team, you will have access to in-house resources, including credentialing assistance and management of your scheduling and insurance participation. We operate Monday through Saturday, providing you with the autonomy to design your own work schedule while ensuring that your clients receive consistent care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, identifying their mental health needs and formulating appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide graduate-level clinical interventions, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to effectively address client challenges.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration by communicating assessment results, treatment progress, and interdisciplinary care plans through meetings and documentation, including patient rounds.
• Deliver case management services by coordinating with community professionals and programs to enhance the holistic care for each patient.
• Maintain ethical and timely documentation, ensuring all records are completed in accordance with departmental expectations and contribute to quality care delivery.
• Develop and manage individualized service plans in collaboration with clients, guiding them toward achieving their therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse patient population, encompassing individuals of all ages—from young children to older adults—seeking mental health support for various conditions. You will be charged with understanding the unique needs of each client, thus tailoring your therapeutic interventions to foster a supportive and effective healing environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Connecticut.
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience is required, demonstrating your ability to effectively engage and treat clients.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in outpatient settings with a variety of mental health issues and diverse populations.
• Proficiency in implementing evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT and other therapeutic frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to enhance client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
