Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and determine suitable treatment strategies.

• Design and execute individualized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery and building resilience, using a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's needs.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), during individual and group therapy sessions.

• Assist patients in developing coping strategies to process trauma, and encourage healing through consistent, empathetic support.

• Work in close collaboration with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating readiness to act with compassion and professionalism.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available support resources, ensuring they have the tools necessary for continued growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
