Work Environment\n

This position is offered entirely remotely, allowing you flexibility in your work schedule while focusing on delivering excellent care to your clients. You will utilize telehealth technologies to conduct sessions and engage with clients from the comfort of their own homes. As part of our team, you will be well-supported with administrative services, including billing and credentialing, enabling you to concentrate on counseling without administrative distractions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, develop and implement tailored treatment plans, and provide bi-weekly therapy sessions for a diverse caseload of clients.

• Utilize a trauma-informed approach to address safety concerns and ensure appropriate crisis intervention as needed.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately and timely using required computer systems, following HIPAA guidelines for privacy.

• Maintain consistent client contact through scheduled sessions while also managing termination processes when appropriate.

• Collaborate with fellow counselors through regular consultation, supervision, and referral networks to enhance client care and professional development.

• Practice within the ethical framework of counseling, making informed decisions that prioritize client welfare.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals who have experienced trauma, including adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families. The practice areas you will engage with include EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and IFS (Internal Family Systems), making it essential to be skilled in these modalities to enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working specifically with trauma and PTSD populations, demonstrating a passion for trauma-informed care.

• Proficiency in telehealth practices and familiarity with online counseling platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitively set between USD 100,000 and 105,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. We offer a robust benefits package, which includes:
