This position is an onsite role that primarily takes place within the homes of our patients in the Richmond area. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and devise individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions within their home environment.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic techniques, including exercise modalities, hands-on manipulation, and specialized equipment, to relieve pain and improve patient mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress consistently, adjusting therapy plans based on individual responses and evolving therapeutic goals.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercise regimens and assistive devices, ensuring understanding and support for ongoing recovery.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices by participating in professional development opportunities, workshops, and peer networking.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adults, and the elderly, each with unique diagnoses and recovery needs. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field.

Compensation and Benefits
