Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to accurately evaluate patients' trauma histories and establish effective treatment strategies.

• Develop, implement, and regularly revise individualized treatment plans aimed at fostering trauma recovery and enhancing each patient's resilience.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) during individual and group therapy sessions.

• Facilitate insightful group therapy discussions, providing a supportive atmosphere where patients can share experiences and learn from one another.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for all patients.

• Provide emergency crisis intervention during trauma-related incidents, ensuring timely support and effective stabilization of patients in acute distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele you will serve includes individuals dealing with complex trauma, PTSD, and related mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a relevant mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
