Work Environment

As a full-time Orthopedic Physical Therapist at our onsite rehabilitation facility, you will work 40 hours each week, which may include variable weekends. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients with functional limitations and disabilities stemming from orthopedic issues.
• Design individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, incorporating various therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Provide educational resources and consultations to patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare providers regarding patient care and treatment continuity.
• Document patient treatments and outcomes meticulously, adhering to legal, regulatory, and organizational standards for performance and billing.
• Engage in ongoing communication with patients and their families, ensuring that they are informed and involved in the treatment and discharge planning process.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Powerback Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
