This unique position allows you to provide essential mental health services to students with varying special needs, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), learning disabilities, and emotional and behavioral disorders, while working from the comfort of your home.

Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, fostering a flexible work-life balance while allowing you to contribute significantly to the educational sector. While most duties are conducted from home, you will collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary team of educators, therapists, and administrators through virtual platforms, thus maintaining a strong and supportive professional network. The work schedule typically spans Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts and rotating weekends expected based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed mental health assessments for students to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions addressing conditions such as ASD, ADHD, and trauma.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions to support personal growth and emotional regulation.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams—including educators and therapists—to ensure comprehensive care.

• Providing crisis intervention during emergencies to support students and their families.

• Engaging in psychoeducation with students and parents about mental health concerns and available resources.

• Maintaining clear and accurate documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment progress in compliance with legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on supporting students with special needs, including those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, and various emotional or behavioral challenges. You will play a significant role in facilitating their integration into the school community, ensuring that they receive the necessary support for academic success and personal development.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Colorado.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and trauma-informed care strategies.

• Proficiency in conducting mental health evaluations and formulating effective treatment plans.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling productive collaboration with peers and clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, specialized experience working with children and adolescents with mental health challenges is highly valued. Compensation and Benefits\n
