Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to identify clients' unique mental health needs, crafting personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based approaches.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive coordinated care tailored to their individual circumstances.

• Administer crisis intervention techniques to assist clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their immediate safety and emotional support.

• Participate in community outreach programs aimed at promoting mental health awareness and advocating for stigma reduction within our diverse community.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated ability to establish strong therapeutic relationships through effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Exhibit cultural sensitivity and understanding, enabling you to provide effective services to clients from all walks of life.

• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in time management to maintain accurate documentation and timely completion of client sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
