Work Environment

An average workweek consists of approximately 40 hours, providing a structured yet flexible environment that promotes work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough health assessments and screenings to evaluate the physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being of patients.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions while emphasizing preventive care and health education.
• Develop tailored care plans in collaboration with patients, ensuring proactive management of their health goals.
• Engage with local community organizations to design and implement health education programs aimed at fostering awareness of health issues.
• Utilize a patient-centric approach to advocacy, ensuring that patients' rights are upheld and they have access to necessary healthcare services.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The Full-time Family Nurse Practitioner role offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 220,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
