Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) at Invasive Academy, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining a schedule for appointments, home visits, and monitoring activities to consistently track client progress.

• Coordinating home visits, including in-home observations and chart reviews, to gather comprehensive data related to client well-being.

• Ensuring the implementation of treatment plans is efficient and effective, making necessary adjustments based on client feedback and outcomes.

• Actively participating in interdisciplinary team meetings and contributing to discussions that enhance service delivery.

• Compiling and documenting monthly and quarterly progress reports to assist in tracking client development and treatment effectiveness.

• Providing ongoing support through follow-up interviews and home visits to address evolving client needs.

• Maintaining accurate records to enable easy access to essential information for authorized parties.

Compensation and Benefits\n
