Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, analyzing their physical conditions to formulate targeted treatment programs.
• Implement and adapt treatment plans for patients with diverse needs, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine disciplines.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that each patient interaction is constructive, informative, and compassionate.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based practices, integrating feedback for continuous improvement.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions in both clinical and home settings, utilizing techniques that align with the physician's plan of care to optimize recovery.
• Educate and train patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, and physical health strategies to empower them post-treatment.
• Meet minimum utilization goals while actively contributing to the overall operational success of the facility.

Qualifications

• Certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association are essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with proficiency in word processing and basic computer skills.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, candidates with specialized training in areas such as orthopedics, pediatrics, or neurological rehabilitation may have a competitive advantage. Compensation and Benefits
