Work Environment

Your role will be based in our outpatient office, designed to facilitate comprehensive patient care in a welcoming and supportive environment. The typical work schedule will be from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening clinics extending until 8:00 p.m. There may also be a need for participation in community outreach events or health fairs during weekends, contributing to a dynamic workplace that emphasizes community engagement and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings tailored to individual and family needs, often utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, working to develop and implement preventive care strategies.
• Collaborate closely with community organizations to design and deploy health education sessions that empower residents with knowledge and resources.
• Provide culturally sensitive healthcare, ensuring all patients feel respected and understood while advocating fiercely for their rights and access.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care to maintain continuity, ensuring patients have seamless access to necessary services.

Qualifications

• A current certification as a Nurse Practitioner with an active state nursing license.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range between $120,000 to $220,000 annually, determined by experience and qualifications.
