This role is structured as a remote telehealth service position, allowing you the flexibility to provide care from a location that suits you while maintaining significant engagement with your patients. Operating Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, the position offers some scheduling flexibility to accommodate the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to discern patients' trauma histories and tailor appropriate and effective treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that emphasize trauma recovery and resilience, adapting them as necessary based on patient progress.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as well as Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to navigate complex emotional landscapes.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing specialized techniques to help patients explore their trauma, cultivate coping mechanisms, and promote healing.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, comprehensive care for every patient.

• Respond to crisis situations by providing immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of all patients.

Qualifications\n
