Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' trauma history and develop appropriate treatment strategies.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to nurture trauma recovery and build resilience in clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, assisting patients in processing their experiences and developing effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive and integrated patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate and effective assistance.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses to empower them with knowledge and resources.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
