Key Responsibilities

As a licensed mental health therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, including developing appropriate treatment plans.
• Providing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s circumstances.
• Utilizing telehealth technologies to engage with clients effectively and maintaining accurate records of therapy sessions, progress notes, and treatment interventions.
• Collaborating with fellow mental health professionals and service providers to ensure coordinated care and referrals when necessary.
• Actively participating in ongoing professional development activities, including training programs, peer supervision, and case reviews.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our clients face various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and other behavioral health challenges. You will play a crucial role in helping clients build coping strategies, improve communication skills, and foster healthy relationships.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Preferred Experience

In addition to the required qualifications, the following experiences will enhance your application:

• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and foster trust with clients.
• Utilization of various therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR, in practice.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
