Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that are tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals, groups, and families.

• Offer a variety of therapeutic services, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapies, and other methodologies based on client needs and preferences.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care, including regular case consultations and team meetings.

• Provide crisis intervention skills to address potential emergencies or acute distress, ensuring immediate and effective support for clients in need.

• Participate in community outreach activities and educational initiatives aimed at heightening mental health awareness and reducing stigma associated with mental health issues.

Our therapists work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, or equivalent Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) certification.
