Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via secure video chat to positively influence clients' mental health and emotional well-being.

• Facilitating discussions around clients' emotions and life experiences, guiding them to gain deeper self-awareness and understanding of their relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work exclusively with carefully screened clients who are stable adults with low acuity mental health needs. There are no severe mental health cases, allowing you to concentrate on providing the highest level of care. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A complete Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and fully licensed credential, such as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the state board with no disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating a compassionate and empathetic approach to counseling.

• Proficiency in using computer systems and telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with previous experience in telehealth or remote therapy, as well as those familiar with various therapeutic modalities, will be given preference. Knowledge of relevant mental health issues, particularly in adult populations, will enhance your capability to deliver effective treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
