Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Archway Physical Therapy Clinic, located in Herndon, Virginia. This full-time role will be pivotal in evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment protocols for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their physical capabilities and needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing various modalities such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
• Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure alignment with patient goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, including patient responses and treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, emphasizing the importance of compliance with therapy protocols.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic treatment plans that address all aspects of patient recovery.
• Recommend and fit patients for any necessary assistive devices, and train them and their families on their use for increased efficiency in daily activities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry advancements by attending workshops, reviewing research publications, and engaging in professional associations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse population, including athletes rehabilitating from sports injuries, post-operative patients, and individuals with chronic pain conditions. Your role is crucial in helping these patients regain functionality to return to their daily activities or previous levels of athletic performance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Active and valid license to practice physical therapy in the State of Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits
