Working primarily in a Detox Center setting, you will have the opportunity to engage with individuals in a safe and supportive online atmosphere, ensuring they receive the care they need in a comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for new clients, employing evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to promote their mental and emotional health.

• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring that each session is impactful and relevant to the client’s progress.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, aligning with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to guarantee client privacy and secure documentation.
\n
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to optimize client care through shared knowledge and expertise.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continually refine and enhance the quality of care provided to clients.
\n
• Educate and support clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to foster their understanding and involvement in their care processes.

• Stay informed on the latest mental health research and advancements, continually integrating new knowledge into clinical practice for improved client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possess an active license to practice as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW within the state of Colorado.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing solution-focused psychotherapy techniques to customize interventions for individual clients’ needs.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust and rapport with clients and their families.
\n
• Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities that aid in assessing client needs and developing appropriate interventions.
