Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized video chat sessions with clients, facilitating therapeutic discussions aimed at enhancing mental health outcomes.

• Guide clients in exploring their emotions and experiences to foster self-awareness and improve interpersonal relationships.

• Act as a strong advocate for clients, helping them to identify and establish personal goals.
\n
• Assess clients' mental health conditions using DSM-5 criteria and develop customized, solution-focused treatment plans based on best practices in mental health care.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress accurately while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to track client information and measure treatment outcomes effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults exhibiting stable and low-acuity mental health issues. This role revolves around fostering resilience and supporting clients in mastering skills critical for managing their mental health. Your interventions will not only address their immediate concerns but also equip them with tools for long-term coping and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an independent license: either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR).

Preferred Experience\n

• A history of working with adult populations experiencing various mental health challenges.

• Experience using cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or similar evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, dependent on experience and hours worked. Full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, ensuring that you have access to essential health services.
