Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of clients and establishing meaningful rapport while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular meetings with clients to evaluate their progress, facilitate stability, and determine appropriate discharge plans.

• Designing, implementing, and monitoring personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

• Maintaining meticulous records, including up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client.

• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' needs and develop tailored therapy strategies.

• Delivering individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based approaches to support client growth.

• Participating in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and ensure adherence to best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is especially focused on youth, providing essential mental health services to children and adolescents facing a variety of challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and substance use. You will play a critical role in helping these young clients navigate their mental health journeys and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in mental health or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements for relevant clinical settings.

Preferred Experience\n

Alongside the qualifications listed above, we prefer candidates to have:
