Key Responsibilities

• Work in collaboration with a team of physicians and other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care across various patient populations.
• Gather detailed patient medical, physical, and psycho-social histories to develop a complete health profile.
• Perform thorough physical examinations, tailored to the age and history of each patient, identifying and addressing any immediate health concerns.
• Engage in non-invasive preventive screening procedures, monitoring for early indicators of health issues.
• Formulate and articulate a differential diagnosis, using clinical findings to inform decisions regarding patient management.
• Design and implement relevant patient education plans that empower individuals with knowledge about their health conditions and treatment options.
• Prescribe and administer pharmacologic therapies as well as recommend non-pharmacological interventions based on individual patient needs.
• Maintain accurate patient records within our electronic health records (EHR) system, ensuring compliance and accessibility for follow-up care.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $160,000 per year, reflecting your skills and experience.
