Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Conduct counseling sessions via secure video platforms, utilizing advanced telehealth technologies to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
• Engage with pre-screened adult clients who are stable and ready for therapeutic intervention, ensuring that your focus remains on providing tailored support.
• Address a variety of mental health issues such as stress, anxiety, grief, and life transitions, employing evidence-based interventions and therapeutic approaches.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and treatment plans within our digital system to comply with ethical standards and facilitate ongoing care management.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case discussions, contributing your insights and learning from colleagues to enhance treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on stable adult clients who are motivated to engage in therapy. These individuals might be dealing with a range of issues, including situational stress, anxiety disorders, and grief, and are seeking your guidance to navigate their mental wellness journey.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Maintain an active California State licensure as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Exhibit proficiency with digital tools and teletherapy platforms, ensuring a smooth experience for your clients.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a mental health counseling setting is required, we prefer candidates who have experience in teletherapy and understanding the unique dynamics of providing care through virtual platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

Your hard work will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
