Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and groups, which involve understanding clients' histories and current challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations and ongoing assessments, ensuring alignment with each client’s goals and preferences.

• Engage regularly with interdisciplinary team members through documented discussions and meetings (such as virtual patient rounds) to discuss treatment progress, outcomes, and needed adjustments to care plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other approaches, to provide effective interventions tailored to individual needs.

• Manage case coordination for assigned patients, collaborating with external community services, resources, and professionals to ensure a comprehensive support network.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide care to a wide range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. Our clients are primarily seen in an outpatient telehealth setting, allowing you to make meaningful connections through virtual therapy sessions that accommodate diverse lifestyles and schedules.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must hold a relevant active license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the State of Texas.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required; advanced degrees are preferred but not mandatory.

• Must be prepared to engage in 10 to 40 hours of clinical work weekly, with the possibility of expanding availability for additional sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or social work practice is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
