Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Therapy Aura Clinic, you will:

• Conduct initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, identifying their unique needs and establishing tailored treatment plans.

• Perform ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary, ensuring continuity of care.

• Facilitate therapeutic interventions, specifically utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help clients reach their therapeutic goals.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with departmental standards.

• Collaborate with various health and community professionals to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring that your clients receive the support they need beyond therapy sessions.

• Participate in routine team meetings to discuss patient care, share insights, and stay updated on clinical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our clinic serves a diverse client base, and you will engage with adolescents, adults, and families, adapting your therapeutic approach to meet their varied cultural and clinical needs.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position must possess:

• A current license to practice as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A foundational educational background, with a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in assessments and therapeutic interventions.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, preference will be given to candidates with experience in an outpatient clinic setting, as well as those skilled in delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies. Familiarity with case management and collaborative treatment approaches will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Therapy Aura Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials. In addition to salary, we provide:
