Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize effective therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing and coping skill development.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate integrated care approaches, ensuring holistic treatment solutions for all clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems proficiently.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals who have faced various forms of trauma, including PTSD, chronic trauma, and dissociative disorders. These patients often experience complex emotional and psychological challenges that necessitate a sensitive and informed therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• Two years of post-licensure experience in therapeutic settings is preferred.

• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills are essential, complemented by a compassionate, non-judgmental approach.

Compensation and Benefits\n
