You will provide services primarily to students within school settings, utilizing video conferencing tools and telehealth platforms to conduct therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions through secure video conferencing platforms, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

• Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including session notes and treatment progress, in accordance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

• Engage in ongoing assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring effectiveness and adaptability.

• Provide crisis intervention support for students experiencing immediate mental health challenges, coordinating with emergency services and appropriate staff as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily focus on a diverse population of students from various backgrounds and with differing mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma-related concerns. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid LCSW license is required.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
